Before reporting, please check if your problem is in the list of the known issues (with suggested workarounds). Our team is already working to resolve them ASAP.

For all new issues, please notify our team on the zkSync Discord (opens new window). We will then share the troubleshooting guide and do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
